Anyone - no matter where you are in the US or Mexico or the rest of the Americas - is concerned about their children's exposure to a severe increase in the amount of Heroin.
When we talk about life, we are also talking about the raising of crops.
Many of us are raising another crop of children. The heroin crop increase is something many children will have to deal with for years and years ahead.
It is common ground.
